I have had 5 coaching sessions with Mauro, all of which have been extremely valuable. Mauro as a coach creates a safe, supported environment before the session begins to ensure you feel comfortable enough to open up and share freely.
Throughout our sessions, I felt Mauro was fully engaged and actively listened to everything I said, carefully assessing how I spoke about certain topics by analysing my tone and body language.
